Subscription details, pricing, billing cycles, and included features are displayed at the time of purchase and may be updated periodically.

By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your selected plan.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing information, including your name, billing address, email address, and valid payment method.

Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers. Verseodin does not store your complete payment card information.

If automatic billing cannot be completed, we may:

• Retry the payment.
• Temporarily suspend access to paid features.
• Downgrade your account.
• Cancel your Subscription after reasonable notice.

You authorize Verseodin and its payment processors to charge all applicable fees, taxes, and recurring charges associated with your Subscription.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or governmental fees applicable in your jurisdiction.

Unless otherwise specified, all recurring subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.

Your payment method will be charged automatically unless you cancel your Subscription before the renewal date.

By purchasing a recurring Subscription, you authorize Verseodin to process recurring payments until your Subscription is cancelled.

You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at:

Cancellation will prevent future renewals but will not automatically generate refunds for payments already made.

Unless otherwise stated, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

Except where required by applicable law, all payments made to Verseodin are non-refundable.

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

Refunds may be considered under circumstances such as:

• Duplicate charges.
• Technical failures preventing access to purchased Services.
• Incorrect billing due to our error.
• Other exceptional circumstances determined by Verseodin.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests involving abuse, excessive refund claims, policy violations, or fraudulent activity.

Verseodin may occasionally provide free trials, beta access, promotional credits, discounts, or limited-time offers.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Free trials automatically end on the specified date.
• Promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly permitted.
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate promotional offers at any time.

You shall not:

• Misrepresent AI-generated content as verified factual information where doing so could reasonably cause harm.

Violation of this policy may result in suspension or permanent termination of your Account.

Without limiting the foregoing, you specifically agree not to:

• Exploit vulnerabilities in the Services.
• Interfere with servers or network infrastructure.
• Use bots or scripts to bypass rate limits.
• Resell, sublicense, lease, or commercially exploit the Services without authorization.
• Scrape or harvest data from the Website.
• Attempt to benchmark or copy our proprietary technology.
• Use our AI models to generate unlawful, abusive, or deceptive content.
• Circumvent usage restrictions, quotas, or subscription limitations.
• Share your paid account with unauthorized users.
• Access the Services through unauthorized means.

Verseodin reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

The Website, Services, software, source code, algorithms, AI models, APIs, interfaces, graphics, branding, logos, trademarks, documentation, text, designs, and all related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Verseodin and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing contained in these Terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property belonging to Verseodin.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Verseodin grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for their intended purpose.

This license terminates when your content is permanently deleted from our systems, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate operational purposes such as backups.

If you provide suggestions, ideas, comments, recommendations, or other feedback regarding the Services, you agree that Verseodin may use, modify, reproduce, publish, distribute, and incorporate such feedback into its products and services without restriction or obligation to compensate you.

Providing feedback does not grant you any ownership interest in improvements or future developments made by Verseodin.

Content generated through our AI Services is produced automatically based on user inputs and available models.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Similar or identical outputs may be generated for different users.

You are solely responsible for evaluating, editing, verifying, and using any AI-generated content produced through the Services.

You assume full responsibility for:

• Any decisions made using AI-generated content.
• Publishing or distributing AI-generated material.
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Ensuring generated content does not infringe third-party rights.
• Verifying factual accuracy before relying upon generated outputs.

Verseodin shall not be responsible for any consequences resulting from reliance on AI-generated information.

From time to time, Verseodin may provide beta, preview, experimental, or early-access features.

These features:

• May contain bugs or errors.
• May change without notice.
• May be discontinued at any time.
• May not function as expected.
• Are provided solely for evaluation purposes.

Beta features are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

Our Services may integrate with or provide access to third-party platforms, APIs, cloud providers, authentication providers, payment processors, communication services, or software applications.

Examples may include:

• Payment providers
• Cloud hosting services

Your use of the Services is entirely at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Verseodin, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, suppliers, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to:

• AI-generated outputs.
• Business interruption.
• Loss of profits.
• Loss of revenue.

• Loss of business opportunities.

• Unauthorized access.

• Errors or omissions in generated content.

In no event shall Verseodin's total cumulative liability exceed the greater of:

1. (1)The total amount paid by you to Verseodin during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
2. (2)One Hundred United States Dollars (USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; therefore, portions of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Verseodin, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, expenses, or legal fees arising out of or related to:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your User Content.
• Your misuse of AI-generated content.
• Your infringement of intellectual property rights.
• Your violation of any applicable law.
• Any claims brought by third parties resulting from your actions.

This obligation survives termination of your use of the Services.

Verseodin shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Fires
• Pandemics
• Government actions
• War
• Terrorism
• Labor disputes
• Internet outages
• Cyberattacks
• Power failures
• Failures of third-party providers

Performance of affected obligations shall be suspended for the duration of such events.

You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, regulations, and governmental requirements when using the Services.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Verseodin reserves the right to restrict or terminate access where required to comply with legal obligations or governmental requests.

Your use of the Services may also be subject to applicable local, state, national, or international laws.

If any dispute, claim, or controversy arises out of or relates to these Terms or the Services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiations.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue any remedies available under applicable law in the courts having appropriate jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms prevents Verseodin from seeking injunctive or equitable relief where necessary to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or other legal rights.

Verseodin makes its Services available globally.

If you access the Services from outside the United States, you acknowledge that you are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding online conduct, data protection, import/export regulations, and the use of artificial intelligence technologies.

You agree not to use, export, re-export, or transfer the Services in violation of any applicable export control or sanctions laws of the United States or any other applicable jurisdiction.

You represent that you are not located in, or ordinarily resident in, any country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, and that you are not listed on any government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its original intent.

The remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

No waiver of any breach shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
